Common questions

Import and export, answered.

01Which Incoterms can you quote?

It depends on the lane and product. Tell us the term you want, such as FOB, CIF or DAP, and we will quote it or suggest the closest practical option.

02Do you handle customs clearance?

We prepare the shipping documents and coordinate clearance with licensed customs brokers. Duties and taxes are quoted separately so nothing is hidden.

03Can you source a product that is not listed?

Often, yes. Send the specification and volume and we will say whether we can supply it before you spend time on paperwork.

04Are there rules for my product?

Fruit, agricultural products, chemicals and ores each have their own import and export requirements, and they vary by country. We confirm them for your lane before we quote.

Moving goods across a border?

Tell us what, where and how much. We will confirm the route and paperwork and send a landed quote, usually within one business day.
